ブルックリン出身の彼から発せられる音楽はHOUSEというフィルターを通して何処までも踊り続けられるようにうねるBEATと繊細でエレガントな旋律が共存するまさにN.Y黄金期を彷彿させるBLACK MUSICのど真ん中のダンスミュージックである。一度聞いた人はやみつきになり、どうしても彼のDJでないと満足が出来ない。そんな彼を毎年待ち続けているファンが日本中にいるのだ。幼少の頃からディスコやソウル・ミュージック、ブレイクビーツに夢中になり、その後LOFT やPARADISE GARAGE等のクラブでLARRY LEVANやDAVID MANCUSOのプレイするシリアス・ダンス・ミュージックに影響を受けDJを開始。90年代前半に絶大な人気を誇った伝説のパーティー”AFTER LIFE”にて、盟友KALIM SHABAZZと共にレジデントDJとして活躍。その後UNDERGROUND NETWARKのFUNK HUTにてレジデントとしてプレイ。THE SHELTER、BODY&SOUL、CAVIARなど、N.Y～BROOKLYNで人気のあった歴史的なUNDERGROUND DANCE PARTYでゲストDJとしてプレイ。RON TRENTとも親交があり、一緒にTONY ALLEN(AFRO BEATの帝王FELA KUTIのバンドAFRIKA 70のオリジナル・ドラマーで、AFRO BEATの発明、進化の過程でFELAに絶大な影響を与えたアーティスト。)のREMIXも手がけている。現在でもNYやBROOKLYNで開催されるハウスミュージック&ダンスカルチャーを中心としたパーティには必ずと言っていいほど出演しており、TIMMY REGISFORD やDANNY KRIVIT、NICK JONES、ANDRE COLLINS等の名だたるDJ達からも絶対の信頼を得ている正に今存在するN.Yハウスをプレイ出来るDJ’の中の DJである。

The music from the Brooklyn native is the very heart of BLACK MUSIC, reminiscent of the golden age of New York, where undulating beats and delicate, elegant melodies coexist so that you can keep on dancing through the filter of HOUSE. Once you listen to his music, you will become addicted to it and will not be satisfied unless he DJs. There are fans all over Japan who have been waiting for him every year. He started DJing at LOFT and PARADISE GARAGE, where he was influenced by the serious dance music played by LARRY LEVAN and DAVID MANCUSO. He was a resident DJ at the legendary “After Life” party in the early 90s with his friend KALIM SHABAZZ. He has played as a resident DJ at FUNK HUT at UNDERGROUND NETWARK, and as a guest DJ at many popular UNDERGROUND DANCE PARTY such as THE SHELTER, BODY&SOUL, CAVIAR, etc. in Brooklyn NY. He is also a friend of RON TRENT, and together they have worked with TONY ALLEN (the original drummer of FELA KUTI's band AFRIKA 70, and an artist who had a huge influence on FELA during the invention and evolution of AFRO BEAT). He has also worked on REMIXes for He is still a regular performer at house music and dance culture parties in New York City, and has earned the absolute trust of DJs such as TIMMY REGISFORD, DANNY KRIVIT, NICK JONES, ANDRE COLLINS, and many other famous names. He is one of the most trusted DJs in N.Y. who can play New York house music.
